What is our online Res-3 system?
Our reservation system has made it simple, quick, and hassle free. With just three clicks of your mouse on our RES-3 system, you are able to view running shuttles and charters, click on the one you would like to fly on, book a seat, and receive confirmation.
Do I have to wait for a flight confirmation?
There is no waiting time required. As quick as it is to book a seat, that is about how fast our system will automatically e-mail you a full confirmation of your trip.
The confirmation will include: departures, arrivals, seat numbers, and the total cost of your trip.
If that is not all of the information that you need, feel free to contact us during normal business hours at our regional office.
How do I become validated to use RES-3?
Access to our system is just a phone call away. Contact PASS with information regardng your company. We will process your information and issue you private access. Remeber this is a "business only" system, not open to the public. After we have all of the necessary information, you will be granted a Login name and Password. Your new passwords will allow you unlimited access to our system and enable you to view, book, or request any trip of your interest.
How far in advance do I have to book a seat on a charter or shuttle?
This is the beauty of private air travel. As long as there are still seats available, you can book up to 24 hours in advance. We are here to make your last minute travel just as smooth and convenient as if you had booked the trip months in advance.
How far in advance do I have to cancel a flight?
Every trip we run will require you to cancel 48 hours prior to flight departure. A full refund will be given, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
